             a. DROP Exit Forms – Download and complete the forms as much as you can but DO NOT sign or date.
             b. DROP Funds – You will be asked to make elections for your DROP distribution as a lump sum (less applicable taxes), 100% rollover or a combination of both. (Read more)
             c. DROP Distribution Election – Please contact your financial institution prior to your appointment to ensure they can accept the DROP funds. (DROP Distribution Election Request Form)
            d. Monthly pension – pension checks may be set up as a direct deposit. Please ensure you have a voided check available or a “financial institution print out”.
            e. “112 Hours” – DROP participation will be audited to ensure the monthly 112 hours of active duty status are met. DROP credits are suspended during the missed months and the final DROP balance may be affected. (Read more)
            f. Dissolution documents – If you have any dissolutions, please provide all documents early. City Attorney reviews all dissolutions and incomplete submissions may delay your pension payments.
