You can request a Pension Verification Letter online using MyLAFPP, or you may download and complete a Pension Verification Letter Form and email it to rs@lafpp.com or mail it to us at: Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions, Retirements Services Section, 701 E. Third Street, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90013. In addition, forms can be mailed to you by calling the Retirement Services Section at (213) 279-3125 or (844) 88-LAFPP, or by email at rs@lafpp.com.

Retired Members and Qualified Survivors can update their address using MyLAFPP. Pensioners are advised to submit a signed written notification of the address change (fax, email or U.S. Mail) or download and submit a Change of Address Form.

Active Members must update through their employing department.

You may now submit or update your beneficiary designation(s) electronically by logging into MyLAFPP, your member self-service portal.

You may also update your beneficiary information by submitting a completed Designation of Beneficiary form by mail, fax to (213) 628-7716, or by email to amssection@lafpp.com

1099-R are now available on MyLAFPP. It is the easiest and fastest way to view and print your tax statement without waiting for delivery to your mailing address.
